Drain chickpeas and set aside liquid from can. Combine chickpeas, water, squeezed lemon juice, sesame tahini, crushed garlic and salt in a blender or food processor. Blend for 3-5 minutes on low until thoroughly mixed and smooth.
After placing hummus in serving bowl, create a shallow well in the center of the hummus and drizzle olive oil on top to your liking.
