Red Fez is the place to be
by Reham

Red Fez is the place to be if you want to go enjoy a live arabic band & belly dancers! While enjoying the two you can always dance away to the arabic music. However this only happens on a Saturday night!

The restaurant has a nice ambiance to it & it has this warm feeling or coziness. Also, if you do not want to have dinner (which is slightly on the pricey side), you can always enjoy a drink at the bar while listening to music.

There is ample parking space around & a parking lot in the back. They have a nice litle outside patio for the summer as well.
And off course if you are looking for a place to host a private event, Red Fez would be the place.

Fantastic Atmosphere!

I love The Red Fez!! Its still one of my favorite South End spots to go for drinks after work, or for a crazy Saturday night party!!

First, the atmosphere and ambiance is great! Its spacious, lighting is perfect, and there's an outside patio which is nice. Plenty of parking in the back is a plus!

Second, kudos to the Arabic music in the background, nice mix. On Saturday nights there's usually a live Arabic band playing... and a couple belly dancer shows :) If you're itching for dabke then its the place to be.

On the downside, meza dishes are quite pricy $$$ for what you get. If you haven't tried meza I definitely suggest it though. Its like Spanish Tapas only better ;) But one of my favorite dishes there is the pumpkin kibe!

Only thing missing is arguieleh indoors :( but they might have it available on the patio outside.
