Terms & Conditions

1.  Businesses submitting to the directory must be Middle Eastern related ONLY and fall under the correct categories unless granted by YallaBoston upon written request and aproval. 

2.  All advertising is subject to approval.  YallaBoston reserves the right to edit advertising copy, artwork and format to conform to standard advertising policies.

3.  YallaBoston reserves the right to reject or cancel any advertising and or linkage to an advertiser’s site on YallaBoston for any reason at any time, irrespective of the validation of the reasons for such omission, declination or suspension of advertisement privileges.  

4.  YallaBoston does not accept sexually related advertising or advertising that points or links to a site offering sexually inappropriate material and nonconforming to YallaBoston’s standard advertising policies. 

5.  YallaBoston shall not be liable for errors in content of omissions.  Should an error appear in an advertisement, YallaBoston’s liability will be none.  Under no circumstances will YallaBoston be liable for loss of income or profits or any consequential damages. 

6.  YallaBoston shall not be subject to any liability whatsoever for any failure to provide references or access to all or any part of the advertising due to system failure or other technological failures of YallaBoston or the web.  

7.  Unless otherwise agreed by YallaBoston and advertiser, YallaBoston shall have the right to insert advertising in various areas of YallaBoston at any time to its discretion.  

8.  Unless otherwise agreed by YallaBoston and the advertiser, no bartered rates, volume discounts, or other discounted rates are available. 

9.  Images and Logos may not be copied or reproduced.

10.  All listed rates are final and subject to change without notice.      

11.  You may not reproduce any trademarks, service marks, or logos that are not owned by you or licensed to you.  The same policy applies for copyrights. You may not use copyrighted materials from artists, photographers, publishers, writers, composers, and other authors of original works unless they are specifically licensed to you by the copyright holder.

12.  LINKS TO OTHER SITES: From time to time you may notice offers from other companies we are affiliated with, advertised on our website. We take precautions to select product or service providers who are responsible and able to provide privacy protection to you, in case you access their products or services. However, we cannot take any responsibility or make any representations about the practices and policies of the other sites. When clicking on such a link, you agree that you are no longer protected by our Privacy Policy.

13. YallaBoston shall not be subject to any liability or loss whatsoever for any reviews of business establishments, organizations or any listing in the YallaBoston directory.  

Cancellation Policy

14.  In the case of an advertiser’s subscription cancellation from the YallaBoston website, the advertiser understands that:

a. No refunds are granted, unless advertisement duration is less than 15 days after initial deposit.

b. You will not be billed on the next payment cycle.
