Our Auction is inviting to buyers who can attend an open house and get to see the property along with other bidders. This generates competitive bidding; when buyers see other buyers want the property, they tend to want it more. We are creating an urgency!

We help plan an exit strategy and assist in obtaining legal advice, again, at no cost to you. If you need a short sale there is no cost to you as the Lender pays our commission, and if you qualify, you may receive three thousand dollars ($3,000.00) in relocation assistance along with release from all deficiencies. We have received thousands of dollars for our clients in relocation funds.
