Worldwide Cinema Frames studios/films (WCF studios/films) LLC, is an independent filmmaking production and distribution company, created and founded in 2006 by multiple award-winning documentary filmmaker Raouf J. Jacob. The production company, with a focal concentration on non-fiction content, spotlights films that make us care about the human condition and human rights violations around the globe.
The company also acquires and distributes content to all major platforms, including broadcast, theatrical & digital distribution. We can serve as your sales agent, distributor or digital aggregator, providing wide VOD releases that can be tailored to include iTunes, Google Play, Netflix, hulu, vudu, Dish, and Amazon.
We also offer many other services, including editing, sound mixing, producing and consulting for projects in all stages of production.

About Raouf J. Jacob (Director):
Raouf J Jacob is the Executive Director & Creator & Founder of WCF studios/films LLC & Global Cinema Film Festival of Boston (GCFF). As the program chair at GCFF, Jacob spotlights films that make us care about human rights violations and the human condition around the globe. The award winning director is originally from war-torn Sierra Leone, West Africa. His family fled Sierra Leone at the climax of the barbaric civil war in 1999 and immigrated to Boston, MA in January of 2000. Jacob is now a documentarian who has written, produced and directed documentaries, spotlighting social and political injustice. “Sierra Leone: A Culture of Silence” is the filmmaker’s most recently produced multiple award winning documentary feature film. As a curator of the annual Global Cinema Film Festival, Jacob seeks to program & exhibit unconventional styles that speak to the evolution of the narrative and documentary form. The director has also collaborated and continues to work with Non Governmental Organizations around the world in hopes of raising awareness about human rights violations near and far. In addition to his work as a documentarian & film curator, Jacob also serves as a certified translator & multilingual educator at Boston Public Schools.
Our 4th annual global event includes over 18 independent films from over 18 different countries around the globe, with MA & North American premieres, director Q & As and critically acclaimed official selections that have been featured in major international award competitions including the 2019 Sundance Film Festival, IDFA , AFI DOCS, TIFF, Visions du Rèel & more!
